We have been retained by a $7.5 Billion Dollar, Fortune 300 Company to fine a market research analyst to be responsible for strategic/tactical marketing research and analysis for the Houston, Tx marketplace. This is a direct hire position. Relocation is not included.

The successful individual must have 2 years market research experience in residential home building industry and/or commercial land acquisition.

This person will be responsible for performing feasibility studies, consumer segmentation analysis, and qualitative/quantitative marketing research.

This information will be provided to Senior Management to support/negate new residential developments and/or land acquisition purchases.
