Escrow officer/closer
Three plus (3+) years experience in the title industry. Good personal and organizational skills. Bi-lingual and client base a plus.
Handle real estate title files from inception through closing and funding, including initial data entry, coordinating with real estate professionals, lenders and parties, and closing the transaction. Must be a licensed Escrow Officer.
