Job Description:
If you have compliance, back office customer service, and overseen an IT department, keep reading. We need a professional that is a leader (yes there is a difference between a leader and a manager)with outstanding people skills that has at least 10 years of bank operations experience. Creating and implementing new business development opportunities is very important in this position. Sterling skills, excellent communication with the Board of Directors and your support staff is very high on the list of what this client seeks. BBA and MBA ideal, but banking experience can be substituted. Do not apply for this position if your credit is poor, the client will not view that in a positive light. This is a newly created position and extremely hands on as well.
